• Skilled in trouble shooting issues related to computers, printers and scanners
• Ability to set up network with Windows XP Pro and Sever 2003
• Experienced in installing computer hardware, and peripheral devices
• Experienced in installing software like Office Suites, Anti-Virus, and Firewalls
• Detail-oriented and self motivator
• Excels independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese
